Patray’s @ Merewether carters for cocktail style groups of up to 150 guests, or sit down dinner for up to 100. It is the perfect room for live music. TV screen is able to play through HDMI cables for PowerPoint or photo presentations. The whole restaurant space is fully exclusive to you and your guests for the duration of your function.
Suitable for birthdays, surprise parties, engagements, reunions, christenings, corporate events, anniversaries and small weddings. The function room is a completely private location for your party with direct access to the bar area with drinks at club prices. You can decorate as you wish with the option of bringing your own entertainment or iPod dock. The TV screen is available to play through HDMI cables for PowerPoint or photo presentations. The room is for the exclusive use of you and your guests for the duration of your function.
The hiring cost for this area is $100 per day or $150 night.
This is a covered area that seats up to 100 people and has a large barbecue for self-catering functions. Hiring cost for the area is $50 and includes all cooking utensils. A refund of $30 is available if the area is left clean and tidy after the function.
The Club offers members and their guests the opportunity to participate in Barefoot Bowling games. These games can be booked with the bar Staff at a cost of $2.00 per player and includes the use of bowls/mats and jacks. There is a deposit of $40.00 payable by the host member that is refundable after all the equipment is returned.
The Barefoot Bowling Green is adjacent to the Western Barbecue Area and combining a game of bowls with a barbecue is a great way to relax with a group of friends or as a work function.
The Club has recently installed lights on the bowling green so that members and guests can enjoy an evening bowl and barbecue especially on those warm summer evenings.
This area is ideal for meetings or training sessions and can accommodate up to 70 with tables and chairs or 100 in theatre style. This room will be for your exclusive use.

• Catering options by Osteria Restaurant for morning/afternoon teas right up to formal dinners,

The hiring cost for this area is $50.00 per half day or $100 for the full day or night.
